After obtaining a B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University in 2005, Kari joined the team and started helping people find the home of their dreams. In 2011, Kari graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While attending law school, Kari clerked for a real estate litigation firm, which primarily focused on insurance defense work. The level of dedication and care that Kari brings to the business is invaluable, and she is excited to continue helping people with their real estate needs.

Rob earned his M.B.A. from California State University, Sacramento and his B.S. from Colorado State University.
In addition to Rob’s expertise in banking, he has twenty years of experience as a store manager and buyer for a major department store. Going the extra mile to ensure outstanding customer service is a hallmark of Rob’s business philosophy. And his passion for mentoring business associates throughout his career is helpful when helping our clients. Rob’s positive attitude and gentle demeanor are wonderful contributions to Team Picarello.
